Discrete is a full top grain European leather that is so close to a calfskin you can feel it. This smooth & silky leather has the surface of opulent calfskin with the large hides of cow leather. Discrete was created to fill the need of large beautiful hides that mimic calfskin. Full top grain leather hides are dyed for color and vacuum dried to give the leather a flat peerless grain surface. An application of pigment is applied to the surface of Discrete to make it smooth and to add the final look of calfskin. An ever so light color variation can occur from hide to hide and between dye lots. Natural characteristics are to be appreciated such as healed scars, scratches, insect bites, neck and belly wrinkles. Prolonged exposure to light can cause fading on this product.
