Manchester is smooth, nicely antiqued hand whipped leather. Produced on full top grain European raw material Manchester hides is tanned using environmentally friendly tanning process. Each hide is dyed a basic beige color using water based technology. Next many layers of stains and dyes are applied to the surface of the leather to create a model effect across the hide. This two-tone effect is very similar to a faux finished wall effect. Manchester has the finished look of an old hand rubbed antique leather with all of the specifications for years of wear.
