Hair on hides Rodeo chic is a hair on hide cow hides that have been tanned without removing the natural hair. The hides have a specific tanning process to retain the hair. During the tanning process the hides are treated with oils in order to keep them as soft as possible. Rodeo Chic hides retain the natural color from the wild. The black, white and dark brown multi tone hides are natural and never predictable. Expect the hides to have color variation and the flow of the three colors to be varied as nature intended. Understand Rodeo Chic hides will not match your swatch exactly and you will have color variation from swatch to your order. The spotty look of the hides is yet another complication in the overall variation consideration. Rodeo Chic hides are acic washed
to remove the hair in a random pattern. No two hides are ever the same. Rodeo Chic hides are not tested to meet any leather specifications. If you are looking for a specific spec please let us know and we will do our best to help you with this need. Note that they can fade with prolonged exposure to sunlight and the hair & color will dissipate with use in the high traffic areas.
We recommend the LCK care and cleaning products.
